I love this Natasha. To be honest I had an idea to do some similar writings around some of my core values but Im having trouble narrowing down my list 😆 Connection is a great one though I find it to be a top value for so many people! Makes sense given human nature I suppose. I liked seeing the note you posted in here because that’s how I found you haha. Anyway, I look forward to reading more of these!

What the world needs now is LOVE, sweet LOVE, not just for some, but for everyone...an old song, but still so true.

What a great article Natasha! I loved how you organised it and the theme of connection is so vital. I think sometimes we forget that regardless of how introverted one can be, human beings are all social beings and we need to feel that connection to fill us up, its genetically encoded into us. The difference is just the type of connection and the quantity. I look forward to hearing about your other values and reflections too.

Thank you Maria! You put it really well, its the type of connection that matters. Sometimes it's quiet 😊

I Love this piece, Natasha. I can't wait to read the next part! One of my top values is 'alone time'. I can't be productive without spending time to recharge properly, like most if not all introverts. So did I make a connection?!

Love this Natasha! My whole publication focuses on connection through the power of shared stories. When we authentically share our stories with each other, divisions fade and connections are made.  We see one another clearly and our shared human condition. It's beautiful and inspiring. Thanks for sharing!

Great article Natasha. I’m like you, I’m both as well.

Love connections with others, but have to spend time by myself. It’s non-negotiable.

I think allows us time to re-energize, regroup, and just so many other things. I could write a book and I’m sure you could too 😉

I really like how you discuss both connection with others and connection with yourself. That second part can so often get lost in the shuffle of life.
