Hello, Iâm Natasha đđ» and welcome to Therapreneur Diaries!
In September 2023, after 10 years as a psychotherapist and 15 years in the NHS, I took the leap and started my own business: Natasha Psychotherapy, an online private practice. I bought myself a slab of Dairy Milk to celebrate! đ«
I began documenting my Therapreneur Diaries during my first year of business; I felt like I was on a rollercoaster and wanted a space to process the highs and lows. I quickly realised I wasnât alone in how I was feeling, and many other solopreneurs experienced the same fears, doubts, and disappointments. đ
Being a solopreneur or freelancer in 2025 isnât easy, I get it. Itâs that constant back-and-forth between feeling like youâve got it all together and then suddenly being hit with self-doubt. The excitement of new ideas is often followed by moments of wondering if youâre doing enough, or if you should sack it all off!? And then thereâs the pressure of making money, keeping clients happy, and ensuring your business is financially sustainable. Iâve been there. I know what it feels like to juggle a million things, second-guess your decisions, and still keep showing up. đđ»
But hereâs the thing: you donât have to go through it alone. Iâm here to help you with the mindset side of things - the doubts, the worries, the mindset shifts that are part of this whole solopreneur life. Iâm here to remind you that youâre doing great, even when it doesnât feel like it. You can trust yourself, earn money and navigate the ups and downs with less stress and more confidence. Weâll figure it out together đ€
What can you expect?
Therapreneur Check-in: A monthly look at my âtherapreneurâ life - whatâs going well, whatâs challenging, and how Iâm moving forward. If you enjoy hearing about the real, unfiltered side of building a business, youâll love these!
Deep-dives: I explore key topics for solopreneurs e.g. the fear of being visible, the pros and cons of using social media, and I introduce you to practices like compassionate letter writing to support wellbeing and growth.
Past to Possibility Interviews: Each month, I feature an inspiring woman sharing a pivotal moment from her life. These interviews offer wisdom and encouragement for embracing change and creating the future you want.
When you subscribe, youâre stepping into a space that celebrates the imperfect side of solopreneurship. We all have those moments of self-doubt and second-guessing, wanting to retreat to our comfort zones, but thatâs not where the magic happens. By being open about my own struggles and successes, I hope to show you that youâre not alone in feeling uncertain or out of your depth. Letâs face the discomfort together and build the business (and mindset) we truly want, one imperfect step at a time.
Work with me 1:1
I offer 1:1 online therapy to successful but self-doubting women. Iâve love to help you lead a life which is genuinely meaningful and fulfilling for you which doesn't just look good from the outside, it feels good on the inside.
There are 3 main focuses of my therapy work with clients.
Relieving your present symptoms so that you can stop feeling constantly overwhelmed, on edge, or drained
Understanding how your past experiences shaped your negative beliefs and behaviours, resolving them once and for all and stopping them from sabotaging the rest of your life and day-to-day⊠even if it feels like the past doesnât affect you, it might be impacting you more than you think.
Helping you take control of your choices, life, and future. Weâll work towards your goals and, when itâs time to end therapy, create a clear blueprint, making sure you can use your new tools on your own to stay on track and keep leading a fulfilling life.

A recent testimonial:
âNatasha saw through the façade that I'd forced myself to wear for my entire adult life. Natasha proactively located resources that I could review in my own time. She helped me to understand why my brain had particular narratives, and that these could be changed.
Natasha enabled me to ascertain my own core values, and we then reviewed how my actions/behaviours were in line, or conflict, with those values. She encouraged me to challenge myself and others, to implement boundaries, and to give myself permission to have the life of my choice.
Without Natasha's time and support, I don't believe I'd have been able to harness my own power. To realise my own strength, give myself credit for my resilience, or to understand that I am capable and worthy.â
