Continuing my series of monthly check-ins to see how solopreneur and therapy work is going…
What is going well, what's not going so well, and what I'm doing about it!
Borrowing my first check-in prompt from my actual therapy sessions...
How are you?
I’m feeling good! I have been very intentional with my energy in November. I wanted to make sure I ended each week with some ✨tonic✨ left in my cup, and I have!🎉
What are your wins this month?
I have 30 lovely people subscribed here now - thank you for joining me on my mini rollercoaster! 🤩
I had a really positive session with my Brand Messaging Strategist. My website copy is going to have sparkly new makeover for 2025!
My team came 2nd in a parents’ quiz at my daughter’s school. I definitely scored some brownie points for my music knowledge and knowing celebrity spouses! Important information which you never know when you might need.
reached out with a potential collaboration opportunity following my most recent post, which made my day!Overwhelm’o’meter rating: 2/10 - I’m calm 🧘🏻♀️
What has not gone so well this month?
I’m still keeping a low profile on Instagram. I’m deliberating how best to show up there without hurtling towards burnout. I have considered doing a static 9 grid approach so I have a presence but I don’t have weekly pressure for new content. I’m going to decide in the new year.
How are you going to approach next month?
Ooh December is nearly here! Intentional and steady is my approach for December. I have lots of plans, work commitments, and a mini-break before Christmas ✈
️What are you looking forward to in December?
Watching the new Paddington film with my daughter
Starting work with new clients
Finalising my Brand Messaging Strategy
Focus word for the next month:
BUSINESS by NUMBERS:
Therapy client slots available: 3
Instagram followers: 690
Substack subscribers: 30 (yay!)
Come and say hello! 👋🏻
I’d love to hear from you in the comments…
✨ What are you most looking forward to about December? ✨
Oh.. and.. how exciting that Lucy reached out to you for a collaboration, that's great! 🎉👍 She's one of my favourite people on Substack 🥰
Hi Natasha, these are great prompts.. I'm going to go back to them later, but I do know this.. my word for December is "Calm" - This will remind me to keep calm when I get wound up by relatives 😉🤣 and to calm down and not rush to get absolutely everything done and wrapped up in a neat bow (so to speak) before Christmas, like we said last week x
