How are you?
I’m good! I have had a positive week. I removed some stressors this month, I have rested, I have socialised, and I am feeling chirpy.
What are your wins this month?
I celebrated my 1 year business birthday for Natasha Psychotherapy!
I enjoyed family time at Abergavenny Food Festival
I completed treatment with a client - I’m so proud of them!
I updated my “Ways of Working with Me” on my Instagram page following
’s PR Recipe, which includes a plug for my FREE download: 6 Steps to Navigating Self-Doubt for Professional Women as well as my 1:1 Online Therapy service. Keep on hyping!What has not gone so well this month?
I realised some of my business marketing efforts have not been effective in helping me achieve my business goals. I am going to ensure in year 2 of my business I use my time and energy wisely, with my goals at the forefront of my mind.
Overwhelm'o'meter rating: 3/10 - ending the month strong. I have problem-solved well this month and it’s paid off.
How are you going to approach next month?
Steadily. Just because I am feeling better doesn’t mean I should load more tasks onto myself. I am ready to enjoy a calm October.

Seeing my long-distance best friend during her visit to the UK from Australia
Going for a spa weekend with my best friends from university
Attending a Halloween party with my daughter
